DESCRIPTION: YGLUE™7561A/B is a double component resin system, the complete set of products has the fluid before proceeding the glass, the color paste, opening perquisite, the flashlight powder and so on. Processed on the glass has naturally gathering the spar effect, has the gorgeously color, crystal clear and radiant. It can cure at the normal temperature, after the solidification the electrical specification is especially good, the adhesion is strong, it also waterproofing, moisture-proof, bearing chemistry corroding.
RECOMMEND USAGE: YGLUE™7561A/B is suitable for the surface encapsulation of intensive processing glass.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Ensure the surface preparations, and that the surface is clean and dry, free from dust, perfect degreasing. It is best that first chemical treatment, then coating, so can capture best adhesion.

POT LIFE: Pot life of mixing YGLUE™7561A and YGLUE™7561B , depending upon mixing total weight and operating temperature, generally 100g mixing weight, approximately 50 minutes at 25℃.
CURING CONDITION: Full curing time, depending upon curing temperature, lowest curing time as follow list:

RECOMMEND TECHNIC:
1.Clean the glass surface, elimination dust and fat, in order to avoid dirty goods, sand or dust influencing product effect.
2. Clear lacquer A component and B component (curing agent) according to weight 10:4, Stirs evenly, then the diluent (opening perquisite), the flashlight powder and so on may take according to request right amount (Note: Does not need to add assistance.
3. The diluent must enough, adjustment air pressure of the spray gun, leaves the oil mass to achieve atomizes
4. After the spray coating completes, places it in clean, dry air to dry, if nature curing, 12 hours may achieve the ideal effect. If wants to speed up the solidification, it is better to baking 1hour at the temperature of 70℃ to 90℃
5. being sure the curing agent is not excess, in order to avoid influence paint toughness, our company provides the special-purpose diluent to guarantee dilution performance of spray coating paint, which can make the glass surface dry and smooth.
CLEAN UP: Clean all tools and equipment at the end of each days work with organic solvent.
CLEANNESS & MAINTENANCE: Only use commonly cleaning method, e.g. mull dip in clear water, and do not use grinding cleaning tools. Had better not use organic solvent as detergent.
PACKING & STORAGE: YGLUE™7561A/B all act 14 kilograms per set. 6 months in an unopened can, kept in cool dry storage. Seal up for keeping after open the cover as early as possible.
HEALTH & SAFETY：Avoid swallowing. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection. As the YGLUE™7561A/B is solvent free, it is relatively non-toxic and it is non-flammable. Spills can be removed by cloth or by using sand to absorb the glue. Once dry the product no longer dissolves in organic solvent. Remove from skin before glue dries.
